RACHELWELD offers bespoke and personalization services. These services include engraving, gemstone or metal selections, and special sizing may be available on select Products. If you wish to have your Products personalized, please contact us with your request at info@rachelweld.com, and we will let you know whether it will be possible, along with an estimated lead-time and quote.

If we produce any Products to measurements received by you or engraving services, you are responsible for ensuring that the measurement and engraving instructions are correct.

RACHELWELD reserves the right to withhold or refuse acceptance of any order for personalized Products.

For a Bespoke Product order and after agreeing to all details, we charge 50% deposit to confirm order. Upon receipt of deposit payment, production would be launched.. The remaining 50% balance payment is due when the item is ready to be shipped.
